Many of us have or will build sheds, garages even houses. For future builds I highly recommend you look at the Huber ZIP System based on my personal experience. Last year I started well pump house project knowing full well it would be several months before I completed it. Part of the project was to test materials and techniques I may incorporate into building a house. For the roof and walls of the pump house I used ZIP 1/2" (red) sheathing, the "system" is their proprietary sealant already applied to each sheet and their seam tape. This system does away with having to use house wrap or felt. They warrantee their sheathing against delamination for 180 days fully exposed to the weather.
Well I can attest it works, my roof and wall are still exposed and it has been over seven months. The sheathing has seen a couple ice storms, many, many rainy days and most impressively has been baked in the hot Georgia sun with no damage to the wood and the tape is still firmly attached.
Sheets are a couple more dollars than standard OSB but in my opinion work perfect for jobs that won't be dried in right away.
Huber Avantech Flooring seems just as good although I cannot attest to it's wx resistance.
