our 2nd 4310 is coming home

/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gifhi to all,here is the latest news on our tractor.if you haven't been following take a look at my previous post,here is the link, our 4310 is back to the dealer our dealer,kc canary has gotten us a brand new tractor,with help from deere.the unit is due to us this week,now keep in mind this is all from them,the dealer, as i never asked for this option,i was satisfied with the new trans.i think this is great on there part and gives me great confidence that we chose the right dealer.

I'm glad your dealer got you a new tractor. I didn't like the sound of the problems you had with the other one.

Congrats Harold. Told you K.C Canary would make sure you were satisfied in every respect. No better way to be satisfied than to get a brand new tractor when it was obviously a manufacturer defect you had. KC will stand behind their customers and make sure they're satisfied. Thats great news Mopar. I called Mark today and he said I may see delivery Saturday, not sure though, maybe yours will be delivered first.

Congradulations. I know you was going to be ok with getting your first tractor back but you have to sleep much better now with a different one. You sure can't beat a good dealer can you. Mopar... I had no doubt that Mark, Jason, and the rest of the KC Canary Team would do the right thing! Just another example of "No matter what brand you decide on... make sure you have a good dealer to work with". KC Canary proves once again... THey are the Best!
