Well, it was bound to happen...my GF finally ran her 2200 out of fuel. :mur: Before I head out to the sticks (with no internet), are there any words of wisdom for re-priming one of these critters? I've had many different diesels over the years, and it always seems like each has a certain 'trick' to get going again. It's a 2 cylinder engine, stock as can be. I remember seeing a couple of bleed screws on the top of the fuel bowl, but will those help with air in the injector lines? Any help would certainly be appreciated! Thanks.

The Operation Manual, the experienced dealers here, and owners also, recommend the following:

There are three bleeder screws. Fuel filter inlet, fuel filter outlet, and down on the injection pump inlet. Open and bleed each, in that order. You should never need to bleed the lines beyond the injection pump.
