Outside air filter for m7040 cab

I called dealer today for outside air filter for cab air conditioning, $69 for a $10 dollar filter, where can you buy these besides the dealer? They look like an air filter for a Toyota car, I called Advance Auto Parts, they said they didn't stock any tractor filters. This is highway robbery.

They might not list them as fitting a tractor but a good parts guy would at least look as long as there wasn't 10 people in line behind you.

It would definitely be worth taking yours down to the parts store to see what they can come up with.

Is that price for one filter or two? When the dealer gave me a price of $70 for my A/C Cab filters I about fainted dead away! I forgot that price was two A/C Cab filters still a high price but $35 sounded a little better.

I have tried to find these before and it seems like Kubota makes them out of diamond encrusted hen's lips.

Another reason that I didn't get a cab. The only time a think I really need one is once a year...........the month of August. LOL

if someone can make a match at Napa or another parts store, lots of us would love to know.
It's one thing to pay that much money for a HEPA filter made in Japan. Or Munich....
And if it were made in Alabama, well, I'd almost be happy...
