Most of these come from the same source. I am not aware of any epidemic of OR couplers flying apart ("clutch" parts falling out)....before the 3,4 or 5 of you who have had this happen jump on me, that is not to say some have not done that, but hundreds and hundreds have been sold. We have had one customer whose OR coupler did that a couple years ago and we just replaced it; that's all a dealer can do.

Regarding the pins falling out...now that is a different issue, and was somewhat widespread. In fact, widespread enough that the manufacturer came out with a fix. If you have one that did that AND you notified the seller AND the seller did not offer the replacement parts, shame on them. We sent out several to customers, but very few got out of here to start with. As soon as we realized there was a problem, we stopped using them until the correct parts were made available. Not all did it quickly, but they all will eventually as they used an improper spring and no c-clip.

The correction involves a new pin, spring, and c-clip. We have repaired all we had and I have about 10 sets of repair parts left. If you want to buy the repair parts (selling in sets of pin-spring-clip only), I will sell them for $5.00/set + postage (you choose.....priority mail is $5, regular mail in an envelope is $2, add $.65 for delivery confirmation on either or I will assume delivery--meaning no free reshipment for lost mail). Orders by email or fax only...do not send your cc info in an email.

I don't know where the other ones are made (the ones with the roll pin). I ordered one- or thought I did- from agri supply, but found out a couple days later that they are on backorder and don't know when/if they will get anymore in. So, that blew up that idea.

Also, I called Tractor Supply in Jasper, TX. They had one but would NOT ship me one. They said that they do not ship anywhere. (HA!)

So, now thats 2 stores down the drain!

As of now, I am using my last 'spare' quick dis-connect over running clutch. when it breaks, then i'll have to find somewhere that sells the one with the roll pin. Who sells the one with the roll pin? Any dealers?
