I have a 99 model New HOLLAND 3415 TRACTOR THAT HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE 3 POINT, IT has failed to lift intermittently. Sometimes when it is hot, sometimes cold. With only 260 hrs it is still stif when operating
, but seams fine. The only other problem is probably a noisy throw-out bearing. Any thoughts on these problems would be aappreciated.

sounds like the hyd. pump or the filter for the hyd system
