I have a couple smaller version of the Rat Zapper and have had them in place for at least 6 months, still no victims. I use different bait but still no luck. So far the green pellets have been the best.

Are you sure it is working?

Be careful where you put the peanut butter and portland cement. Dogs love peanut butter.

We are just now trying mothballs under our travel trailer which is semi permanently parked on our place. One of my wife's friends said they put a generous quantity around the jacks and wheels and it cured the mice problem. Don't know if it works on pack rats. Am going to try it in my well house and see. I've used D-Con--the dead mice just "melt" away. Keep it in my well house and it seems to control the pack rat population.

Have put moth balls down gopher holes and so far it seems to make them move on to someone else's land.

Didn't know there was two types of mothballs. Thanks for that enlightenment
