Parker Series 60 Hydrulic Coupler, O-ring size?

I have a 1991 Kubota L-35 with the Parker series 60 hydraulic couplers. I've developed a pretty good drip at one of my connections to my BT900 backhoe.

First question is what size o-ring do I need to replace inside female portion?

Second question, should I just replace whole coupler because once a leak starts, more than an o-ring is at fault?

Attached is a page from the Parker 60 series catalog that show seal sizes. I am fairly cerain that these are standard size O-rings you can buy from any decent supply house.
