Sirs,

I am looking for the plastic protective caps for hydraulic hose fittings. I have googled multiple search terms and come up zero, which is frustrating since I know they exist. Also, are they available for the male end as well as the female end?

I am also looking for nylon protective hose sleeves (if that is what it is called) that allow installation without hose removal.

Thanks in advance for any help,

If they were for my tractor I would try contacting my local tractor dealer. I doubt if an auto parts store, like NAPA, would have the covers, they don't tend to have those size couplers, in my experience. Seems like even if the tractor dealer didn't have them, they could tell you who did.

For corrugated nylon split tube look in electrical section of a large hardware store. It is used to cover wire bundles.

The common name is dust caps & plugs.
They can be found under Quick Couplers. Here is a link to one supplier. Click Here

In another thread. It was suggested that using old firehose would be a good way to protect hoses. Slice it to fit. Then tie rap it on.

Look here for the sleeves. They probably have the caps too. Several of us here on TBN have used these people and are quite satisfied.

My local Napa would have them stocked on the shelf - depends if you are in an ag location or not I guess.

Any farm supply store - TSC, Runnings, C&N, Fleet & Farm, and on & on - will have them on the shelf as well.

Any color tractor dealer will have them as well - probably at more money.

Valu-Bilt, Surplus Center, Northern Hydraulics, and all the rest of the catalog/web stores should have them as well.

Everything you mention is available, yes.
