Ask him about their new T4 engines compared to Mahindras... The 1533 will lift more than even the 3901 and has a simple solution to the T4 with no DPF or regen.. the 4cyl is a plus as well. But before I get outa hand with this to answer your question.. no parts and service are no problem... and dealer support is huge in any brand

Mahindra parts availability is generally excellent. And service is a good as your dealer. The Kubota salesman must be a rookie. People are turned off when you try to talk down your competition. It rarely works. Makes you look insecure.
I sell Mahindra, Branson and Deutz-Fahr. Honestly, I like Kubota tractors. I tell people that Kubotas are good tractors. But I then tell them why I think my tractor may be a better fit, or have more capacity, or a better value, etc. I sell hard against them and we are very successful, but I never run them down.
