Kioti DK50SE w/ loader and Woods 90x backhoe, Allis Chalmers C with front snowplow
Has anyone been having trouble getting parts through their kioti dealer for their tractor yet? If so what tractor are you having trouble with, which generation, model year?

I've not had issues yet but have seen on Facebook pages a couple times now where people had tractors that aren't very old and their dealer is claiming certain parts are discontinued. The newest one being a front grill for a DK40SE. I can see where a body part like a grill maybe isn't as big an issue as make mechanical parts but I'm hoping there not already running out of parts for that series as I have a DK50SE and I myself am in need of a headlight assembly. Maybe I should get on the ball and order it while it's still possible.

I've not heard of any issues with folks getting parts, but I haven't been looking for them. The only challenge I've heard of recently regarding parts availability is from folks waiting on parts from overseas that were delayed due to Coronavirus restrictions. Before the whole virus thing, the only thing I'm aware of that affected parts availability is Kioti's parts ordering system being down for several months due to them getting hacked.

Yes I know of that also. This guy was told the part was obsolete, but able to be attained anymore however another person claiming to be a dealer said he was able to get the part so maybe it's an issue with his dealership

I'd check with Michigan Iron and Equipment. Many people have found parts there after their local dealer told them it was "impossible" to get. If MIE says its impossible to get, THEN worry. On a side note, I did send an email to Kioti corporate this week through the customer service link on Kioti.com. I basically asked if it would be possible for them to link the owner's manual PDF files of all their tractors and equipment on their website for us customers. I bought new, so I have manuals for my tractor and loader, but sometimes you don't get manuals with used equipment, or you're stuck in the field somewhere without your manual when you really need it. It would basically cost them nothing to do, but Kioti-USA replied that releasing manuals online had not been authorized by South Korea, so they could not do it. I didn't realize a tractor owner's manual was such top-secret stuff!

Funny you say that. I used that same link to inquire about a PDF version of their shop manual. The response..."There isn't a PDF version available.".

So I went back to my dealer and bought the book. Thinking about having a company turn it into a searchable PDF for me.

I looked online for a printed service manual for my NX5510, but the prices on the couple I was able to locate were $300-$400. Yikes! I haven't priced it through my local dealer yet, but I'll bet its still gonna be pricey! I do see some websites offering downloadable PDF service manuals for my tractor at a fraction of that price, so I might go that route instead some day.

I was told $140ish for the workshop manual and another $45 for the parts manual. So I splurged and got both. $300-$400 dollars sounds ridiculous.
