I am in SC also. I live south of Florence. I have 3 Farmall 140s. Suppliers are not very prevalent but there are some places depending on what you need. I bought my distributor setups and most of my plow parts from a local place that has a lot of that stuff. I bought all of my tractor related parts from Steiner online. I am in the process of rebuilding one of my touch controls.

Depending on what you're looking for Burch Tractor in N.C has a lot of new and used parts. I live in Ohio and have bought more than several items through them for my Farmall 130 & 140, but they also handle many parts for Cubs. They are very comparable in prices and great shipping. But again, depending on what you're looking for your nearest Case/IH dealer may have what you need. To far to drive..?? Call a nearest dealer and set up a credit card account, and they will ship parts to you. I was going to post the link to the Case/IH online parts store, showing the exploded view of all Cub parts they still handle, but the site is being upgraded. But a hard copy of a parts manual is very handy to have, especially if looking for N/A parts, that they don't handle anymore like castings etc. just to get the part number for said part. There are many salvage yards you can get good used parts from, and using the OEM part number is the easiet way to find them.
