Parts problems

Is anyone having problems getting parts for their Kioti? I have a 2012 DK50SE and it seems that Kioti is no longer making the cooling line between the HST filter and the cooler. The only part they offer must be modified to fit. By modified, I mean you actually have to grind off a support and weld it on elsewhere. This is after 2 attempts over 2 months to get the right part.

This makes me very unhappy. How is it I can no longer just buy a part that just fits?? If this is how Kioti is doing business these days, I would consider this a big red flag for those looking to buy a new tractor.

FYI: the dealer I'm working with is very well known in this circle so the problem seems to be with Kioti.

Similar issues for my DK55. Best I can do is order similar pivot pins (for kl1595 loader) and take to machine shop to be modified.

You might try sourcing your parts from Bobcat. the DK50SE is also a Bobcat CT450. I just did a bunch of engine work on mine and the longest it took to get a part was 4 days. And there was a bunch of weird stuff... One note. If you try to order parts online, it says the parts are not found or available. It's just that they don't have the catalog loaded for their online store. Just call a dealer with your p/n's and they can verify what's on hand at the warehouse. Parts for machines is a huge problem in covid era. Not restricted to Kioti for sure, not that that solves the OP's issue...

I waited 2 months for a front diff seal for an lk3054. There were none in the country pre COVID. I had aIways struggled to gory parts for this machine and a month waiting for parts was common. I took it apart and put a couple o rings in cleaned the oil off put it at the road and sold it for more than I paid for and replaced it with a real orange tractor

No I work on industrial equipment and none of my bearing and hydraulic suppliers could duplicate it it was flanged and tapered at odd angles and an odd size the closest we came was a hydraulic cylinder seal but it wasn’t tapered enough to fit

I just pulled up a Mahindra 2540 tractor for sale on a tractor listing website. It's been repaired under warranty and sitting at a dealer on consignment. The owner says it sat for past year waiting on parts and he's not laid eyes on it for over a year. He bought another tractor and now selling it. Mines only been down ~3 months-I'm losing track of the dates.

I think I might have called a seal manufacturer in that senario? Not tryin to second guess your repair, just a thought.

Been waiting on a $6 part of a new out of box never run pressure washer for almost a year. Currently have camshaft for the Briggs single cylinder OHV on backorder, one since April. There is over a thousand of those camshafts on backorder nationwide, and those represent mowers sitting on dealer lots waiting for repair. Been waiting on a replacement carb for a customers leaf vacuum since March. ETA as of right now is September, but I don't believe it will show up either.

Two of my nephews haul truck loads of vehicle parts in/out of the Louisville, KY area. It's been erratic for a long time now and some busy weeks with daily hauls and others with layoffs.
