Hey folks this machine is a real challenge. It started out last summer with fuel leaking from the muffler. Don't know if this is right or wrong but life long habit whatever fuel was left in tank it stayed in there.
Then last year fuel dripping out of air filter, then out from muffler.
So I get a carb rebuild kit from a service dealer here in Halletsville and watch many videos. Rather simple process and even did a step by step (hitting pause a lot) with a reinstall check.
It runs like new and trims 600 ft. of fence line w/o missing a lick. BUT, it still leaks fuel from muffler and air filter.
According to some videos a new carb is no guarantee of a permanent solution.
Ethanol has been pointed as the culprit to most all small engine issues. So I've been using Sta-Bil in the fuel can.
So now I'm picking on yah'll brain on this.
Ideas????

oh yeah I have been draining all fuel when I'm done using the machine.
But this week forgot and went to use it today and fuel spits out the muffler...
Thanks
