Pasture/Barn Rental agreement

I had queried something on this before but finally have a potential renter for my pasture and barn.

Sorry to ask for free handouts, but does anyone have a rental agreement typed up that I could base something off of (otherwise known as a free handout /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif)?

I have one that was made from Iowa State University in PDF format.. I can email it to you.. but you can probably do a search w/ the above and "farm lease".. and find it or dozens like it.

Don't forget to protect yourself in the lease.. this particular one has 29 different sections.. some won't pertain to your situation.. but has everything from insurance, indemnification, transfer of interest, arbitration, and even attorney fees and court costs.
