I saw that the system is on sale this weekend ($148 instead of $189). I have 2 questions.

1) I have a NH T1510 and am not sure what 3pt type I have and thus what I need to order.

2) I only have 2 implements right now (field mower, 3pt draw bar. I believe this will make the mower much easier to mount, but I'm nervous if this will make removing the draw bar difficult. Opinions?

Ok, that's what I thought. Thanks for that!

Any thoughts on the other question?

You need to be a little more specific on the field mower - that can mean a lot of things. Is it pull type, 3 pt, hydraswing, or an older semi-mounted? Is it a sickle bar, haybine, disc or drum? All could have an effect on the response.

I didn't think about that. It's a 3pt rotary cutter (brush hog type).

I know that my drawbar has a few 'pinned' positions... including fully stowed (ie: slid fully in and out of the way). Check if that's the case with yours.

As Wagtail wrote, you have a Cat I 3PH.
I'm also sure you can stow, or remove your drawbar (I'm assuming your writing about the drawbar extends from below the rear PTO). Your tractor's manual should give a full description on use, extension and, probably, removal. You'll want it in the stowed position or removed (I remove mine...only thing I've ever used the drawbar for was towing a trailer and, once, for pulling a car out of a snow bank). Just remember where you store it, if you remove it since they're not particularly cheap from a dealer.
I had the Pat's system on a Deere 790 several years ago. It does make the toughest part of hooking up an implement pretty easy...toughest part being hooking up the draft (lower) links. However, using Pat's also moves the hook up about 4" further back. If your mower's PTO drive shaft doesn't have enough overlap, it may be too short. Easy fix though...get a PTO extender. But try the drive shaft without an extender first.

Added: Since you wrote your second post showing the type of drawbar you have...the Pat's system will work fine with that.

"Draw Bar" ???
What you have is not typically called a "draw bar".
That is a 3pt trailer hitch.
