I doubt that you would need the quick hitches with telescoping arms. That's what telescoping arms help you accomplish-an ability to hook up implements more readily.

The Pat's does not fit well on the telescoping arms. The release levers get in the way. You have some choices:
>Buy a full replacement for the telescoping arms. It is held in place by the existing release pin. The telescoping feature is lost. It is a special order item. The Pat's has the same geometry as the OEM balls so the PTO isn't affected. (I had these and sold them.)
>Buy the "weld-on" Pat's. Then cut the balls off the OEM telescoping arms and weld the Pat's in their place. The telescoping feature is still functional. The geometry is the same as OEM. (This is what I have.)
A welding shop would do the job for a reasonable fee.
Edit: Here is a photo of the "full replacement" Pat's for the extendable arms and made by Pat's.
The "weldable" Pat's is just the jaw portion. I cut off the balls in the lower photo and welded the jaws on. The result was a Pat's that looked like the top of the photo but has the adjustable attaching portion like in the lower half of the photo.
