Hey Everyone!
First post here, I have scoured the internet looking for a manual or even information on the blade adjustments on a Patu DC 65 woodchipper.
I picked it up used and its in great overall shape with lots of life left on all components. It is a manual feed and it does not like to grab the logs and go. It is more like feeding a stubborn baby carrots!
I read somewhere that it is most likely the knives are dull. So I have removed the knives and the anvil to carefully and slowly sharpen them, on my old Shopsmith 10ER! I am ready to put the blades back in and give it a go, but thought I should check and see what the specs are on the blade heights and anvil gaps to make sure I give it the best chance it can to manually feed. I can not find any info at all.
I have found some old threads on here that link to the manual, but those links are dead. I am pretty desperate as I have hit a dead end. Any insight / help would be appreciated! I would be really excited to find the original manual though and make sure I am setting it up properly.
Thank you in advance!
