PDA/GPS iQue 3600

I have been looking for a GPS unit for my outdoor adventures like morel hunting turkey hunting and just plain find a reason to be outside. I also need a new PDA for work /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif I came across the iQue 3600 has anyone used this unit? what I am looking for in a gps for maps of northern michigan, a way to plot hunting spots, morel finds etc. I also need a PDA that will run excel, power point, micro-soft word, keep dates and contacts. I wanted to see if anyone knows anything about this Ique if it can do these things.

I bought one of these a couple weeks ago and I'm going to take it back. Granted I'm not the most computer literate person as Harv will attest to, /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif, but I know a little. This thing is very hard to figure out. Also you have to buy a ton of memory for it to download all of the maps. When we go to shows or rodeos we go through four or five states at a time and to download our last trip I would have needed a 512 memory card which is almost $200. Then you have to go to the computer, uplink the ique, and download the maps you need. When you go on a different trip you need to delete those and download new maps. Way too time consuming for me and difficult for me.

The gps is good but forget it if you need to use it away from a power source. The battery will barely last an hour with the gps going.

The pda part is ok but it is very minimal. You have to buy more programs to upgrade and more memory, ugh.

If you do decide to get one go amazon.com. They were $540 at Best Buy and I got this one for $430 from amazon. But like I said they need to simplify it quite a bit for me and make it more user friendly before I'll buy one.
