Pellet Rifle for 9 year Daughter

All my granddaughters shoot pellet rifles and have since they were about 9 years old and now the older ones take care of most of the rodents for us. The teenagers now have access to a 22 for the bigger varmints. The saftey lessons learned with the pellet guns were reinforced with the 22.

4 rules? We had 10 in Boy Scouts!

My son is in cub scouts, and although I understand the rules at their camp, some of them are way over the top. On their camping trips the boys get to shot for 1 hour at BB range, and there's at least 30 minutes every time of safety stuff. Same with the archery stuff.


Anyways to the OP: she might enjoy bows as much or more. Might be nice to see what she's into. Plus as she upgrades, you can still easily set up a 10/20/30 yard range in even a small back yard. Bows probably are more expensive in the long (and short) term, but find what see likes. I think it's great for girls to get into shooting fun
