My Trail Blazer 302 Air Pak :D
Suitecase 12rc
625 Extreme
50 ft controller cable

Took my rusty piece of junk and my friend in the pic and picked it all up
ran it and discovered one air feedback tube was not connected to the controller hooked that up runs great lots of air no oil leaks or other problems so far

It has it all...... i just ordered the condenser/separator option

Now i have to plumb the air outlet and make up cables

I got 100' of 2/0 cable to make my extended leads....2- 50 footers
and 25' of 0/1 for short ground 10 foot and stinger lead 15 foot

Now i need some advice
I want to use quick connectors for lead changes i don't want to go over the tweco vs dense
debate but i want your advice

I am thinking about replacing the standard lug connectors on the front panel with quick connector terminals
Either the Radnor F panel socket # BE3570 or the Tweco F panel # 114TSF

The Radnor's are cheaper and an international standard so they say
The Twecos are very popular in the industry
And adapters are available to go to either style in case i need to use cables with the other type connectors

I will Thank You for the advice before hand

You have a Nice " Made in USA " Setup. Buy Tweco "Made in USA" Lugs. The Brass is better and will take many more hookup/unhooks than the China Radnor version. How Ever, Saving Money is Saving
Money..

If you have other Miller systems use those style of connector (I think they're Dense). That way if you need shorter cables you can interchange cables. BTW; nice machine.

I went with the tweco- lug to tweco 45 degree adapters
once on the covers lock back in place so it looks good

Got some 1/2 copper pipe to make the saddles for the connections so i can try it out :licking:

More pics please of that old truck. I'd love to see several of the inside and outside.

I love that old truck it was my fathers truck and i learned how to drive in it
**** most of my girl friends have gotten laid in that truck
Good thing that truck can't talk  ;)

I had all the running gear overhauled and rewired from bumper to bumper

I have the new bed lumber all sealed and clear coted and hardware all polished S/S ready to install along with all the door and window gaskets

All thats left is body work and paint but i'm too busy right now

Well i'll tell ya this is a great rig

It will run 6010 like a plow it runs 7018 like spreading butter :D
Even makes my welds look great

I had to make an adapter cable NEMA 14-50P to NEMA 6-50R to run my 625 xtreme plasma cutter and plumb the air but that works great also

i just cut some scraps of various thickness i just need to get the adjustments down but that just takes practice and time

I have not really used a plasma cutter since 1998- 2000 fabricating machine safety guards at the bolt factory i was working at
And that was an old snap-on plasma cutter probably made in the late 80's early 90's
