I really like the new valve position. I think the less movement you have to make, especially up and down motion, with your elbow and shoulder to get to and operate the loader valve the better. The other day I sat on a customers DK45S with the old style valve and then jumped on the new style and there is a lot of improved difference in my mind.

Dang, with Kioti being so responsive to product improvement, dealers have to move product pretty fast lest it become obsolete in the yard...now I have a brand new DK45S in stock that I will probably have to discount severely because of the joystick position, OH well... I have noticed nice improvements on the CK25 and 30 as well. This is an exciting line to sell, nothing seems to be stagnant at Kioti!

But Kioti is chasing Deere, and New Holland/Case on this point. Now that rear 3pt hitch arm adjuster is leap frog ahead of the others. They should make a bigger promo about that. That inovation saves time. Deere and New Holland/Case should copy that right away! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I never looked at it that way. Good point. I guess it is more or less a trade off. Your right, it you need to get on and off either side than the new style would cause problems. I'm just glad to see Kioti reacting to what owners are saying about there tractors. I wonder it they would offer the loader controls at either position? I'm sure some would like it just where it is at right now.

I looked at a DK45S at the State Fair this year. I am sure there is room and cable enough to mount the factory valve vertically, close to the floor, in the area where the rear remote lever comes into the platform area. The rear remote valve could be moved over to the other slot. Any more rear remotes would have to be mounted elsewhere. This would put the loader lever where a normal car shifter would be located in relation to the seat. The only drawback is that it would set straight up and down, if that was a concern. The only parts needed would be a backer plate or a couple large machine washers to stiffin the panel where that valve is mounted. Just a thought!
