If you're thinking of using a UTF (Universal Tractor Fluid), no. The way these tractors are engineered, you should use regular hydraulic fluid for the hydraulics (three point hitch, steering, loader, etc) - and gear oil for the gears (tranny & differentials).
The fill/vent behind the seat is for hydraulic fluid. The fill plugs on the top in front of the seat are for gear oil - as is the top plug on the front differential. The respective capacities are listed in your owner's manual
But if you're getting overflow out of the front holes while filling through the back hole, you've got a definite problem. The hydraulic sump is leaking into the rear differential for some reason.
