Pictures of my YM 1300D

Here are the pics of the 1300D that I just recently purchased. I am going to have a lot of body work and painting to do on the tractor. I have to fab a cover for the PTO shaft and get the 4 wheel drive back in operation. I have to work on the flasher and headlamps as they are not working either. I hadve only hasd this tractor for 3 days now and I forgot what fun it can be to have a tractor around. Last tractor that my family owned was an old Ford 8N
Can anyone tell me what the orignal colors are for this tractor and what year it was manufactured. The guy I bought it from took it for resale and I paid him whathe had paid for it. Not a bad deal in my opion

I think the 1300 was manufactured 1975 - 1980. Don't know how you identify the colors but here is one place you can purchase them. Yanmar Tractor Parts: Paint & Decals

Well here hire again. Hopefully in the next couple of months I will have all the body work and paint completed and then on to the 4 wheel drive. Yes I know should fix the drive first but have to get a new coupler machine for the front drove shaft and O am still learning how to use my mill

i would say by the look of the headlight surround and the rear mudguards(fenders for my US friends) it would be early 70s. but tractor data says 75 to 80 ? looks older than that.

Neat 1500, Thanks for the information on my tractors age. So far I have been having a ball with it. Got started on some of the body work yesterday and was going to do some today if the rain will go away

I'm envious - my Yanmars are so dinged up that I should probably start by replacing sheet metal if I ever wanted to restore them.

I would say by the look of the headlight surround and the rear mudguards(fenders for my US friends) it would be early 70s. but tractor data says 75 to 80 ? looks older than that.

The fenders look about the same as up through 1986 on YM186. Pic1 pic2. I think they were used on anything with 16" rear tires (or smaller) throughout those years. I agree the headlight surround looks early. Maybe styled the same as YM2500?

California. Yours does not look that banged up to me. The rear portion of me fenders are bent down about 3 to 4 inches. Fixing to be hammer and dolly time. Lots of beating all together on the sheet metal. I am too cheap to buy new sheetmetal.

yeah i had a look at a few other smaller wheeled tractors and they have that style of fender on them. the grille is the same but just the headlight surround is different.
