Sure. It is from a Shopnotes mag - Issue 73 page 28. Wall piece is 4' Rockler T-track screwed into dados in 1X4s. Blocks are made by chamfering pieces of 8' pieces of 2X4 and 2X3 on the router table or TS, then cutting them into 3.5" pieces, dadoing out a groove in the back for the track (3/4" plus two thickest shims), make the mounting hole by drilling recess hole first using 1" forstner bit (depth is dependent on your T-bolt length), and then drill all the way through with a 5/16" bit. Run a 1/4" X 2.5" Toilet bolt (T-bolt) (20pc contractor packs for $5 with nuts and washers from Lowes is the best price I could find) , T is put through the back, put on washer and nut, slide block on T-track, and then tighten down with socket. Adjust block spacing to any size you need.
I made about 200 of each block size out of 2X4s and 2X3s. Made a bunch for add ons in the future. Make some jigs for the TS and drill press and you will be fine.
