I have about 90 hours on my unit now and about 40 of that was loader work. What I have noticed is that the pins in the bucket linkage seems to be getting a fair amount of clearence.
I can have my bucket level and by hand move the cutting edge up and down about 4". Anyone who knows about cutting a grade can understand that this is not acceptable. I have had to replace my pins on my TLB a few years ago but this seems a bit premature.

I have greased my loader with very good grease from the dealer every time I use it and have been pretty easy on it.

Anyone else have this issue or it it just normal for these smaller units?

Thanks....

I've got less than 50 hours on my loader and noticed a bit a movement when I built an 8' boom pole. From what I could tell it was a combination of the linkage to the cylinders and movement on the QA plate. Add up a few fractions of an inch at every point and it multiplies as you move out toward the cutting edge and more for pallet forks. With the cylinders connected directly to bucket or QA there is less movement than with the linkage that the 724 has. I think this linkage setup is to give a greater rotational angle for the bucket to curl.
