I followed Kioti Johns straightforward great directions but had one **** of a time getting the pins out. Moving everything around to get the tension off did not work. Putting a hydraulic jack under the pin and lifting the rear of the tractor did not budge the pins. Just a good ole 4lb hammer and a liberal application of "BLASTER" did the job after over an hour of pounding. After the BH was removed, I tried to put the pin thru the holes-NO WAY. Pin is 3/4" dia (marked) and the holes are smaller. If everything else is metric, I would think the pins would be also. Comments?
BTW the BH sat Rock-steady on conc. No way would it ever tip.

Wow. Sounds like you had some fun /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif. I would take and figure out what the problem is (pin(s) or hole(s)). I would try and get some new pins rather than open up the holes. Let us know how you make out.

It will loosen up some when it loses some of the hydraulic pressure (bleed out).

There may just be too much paint inside the holes. Just take a grinder and lightly ream the holes a bit. This is not uncommon to find. There are times when you have to have the position just so to get those pins out, but it should be like you described.
