Hi All
We I spent most of the weekend with my new DK40 and one thing that I noticed was that the pins that are in the ROPS (at the point in which you can collapse them) rattles constantly.

I was wondering if others have noticed this and what they have done to stop the rattle.

Let me know.

Thanks,
Michael

I use a piece of 1/8" thick rubber to quiten mine. It works really well but keep a piece for spares as you'll lose one once in a while.

Tighten the bolts more install the pins then push back on the bar about every 10 Hrs.

You could try using a small bungie on the pin. It should hold it in place with enough force. Cross it a couple times like a cleet on a flag pole.

I had just the opposite. My pins were very tight. So tight that I had to drive them out with a hammer. I did a bit of fine tuning with a dremel tool. Now snug but loose enough to pull out by hand.
