Years ago, we were vacationing with our Lakeland Terror. (spelling intentional) Someone walks up to us on the street and asks us if this is a pit bull. Now anybody who knows terriers knows that a Lakie is a small dog, maybe 18 pounds and looks like a cute little airdale, but with a vast amount of energy and spirit. This dog looked as unlike a pit bull as I can imagine.

So, my immediate response is quick - "No, but he is a mitt-full."
