Plant identification help

I spray pokeweed. Birds eat those berries, then crap it on the cars. Nasty stuff.

I think the bottom picture is white snakeroot. It is a native plant but is poisonous to livestock if eaten. The poison can pass through in milk if eaten by cows which is what caused the illness called milk sickness, which is said to have caused the death of Abraham Lincoln's mother. Its name derives from the fact that early settlers believed the roots to be effective in treating snakebite. Pictures and info is available at White Snakeroot (Ageratina altissima)

Thank you for the replies! I am going to hit the swallow wort and Japanese knotweed later this afternoon, ill hit the pokeweed too. There are no dairy or other livestock around, just deer and turkeys, but I don't want it taking over an area and preventing other more beneficial plants to grow.
