I have a BX2350 and I'm getting tired of the way the plastic front end fits. The main problem is the way the plastic front end fits the radiator screen on the sides of the tractor. What I'm talking about is the plastic fenders that cover the sides and the front end and the big plastic cover at your feet that covers the battery area.

The fenders seem to fit O.K. even though I ran into a tree and cracked a few things, but the plastic radiator screen bows out at the ends and doesn't slide into the slots like it should near the back ends of the fenders. I was thinking someone had bolted this entire setup together. I'm looking for some ideas on how to fix this and pics would be nice of course.

Kubota has a kit to correct your issue with the radiator screen. They have two brackets that mount on the screen to keep it tight. I'm using the TBN android app right now so I can't do searches very well. Search on my username and I posted a picture of the bracket to deano.

Here are two pictures of my radiator screen that may help you. Compare mine to yours to see if you are missing the two brackets.

Do you know what the part # is for the kit. Was this a recall where the parts would be supplied no charge? Thanks

Thavil, what am I looking at? It it the top metal bracket that is new? Kind of a U shaped rod? I'll check mine tonight and compare. That would make sense since its the top outer edges that want to flop out. Thanks for the photos.

Yes, it's the top metal bracket that I am referring to. Here is the post that I mentioned earlier http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kubota-owning-operating/190050-broken-tabs-bx-panel-screen.html.

I just looked in my BX24 parts manual and it doesn't show this bracket so I don't have a part number. The BX24 I purchased in June 08 already had this bracket installed. Attached is a picture of what my parts manual shows.

There is also this part for each side that I ordered to help guide/keep the bottom of the screen in place. ( the plastic tab broke on the lower part of my fan screen.)

Dodge man - just curious if you were missing both parts that vanb and I described? With both of these parts, the screen installs easy and stays in place as it should.

Just an update. I finally remembered to check my screen and I don't have any of the parts as shown in the pics. I'll have to get to my dealer an order them. Anybody have part numbers?

I found out about the brackets from Tod (thavil) and bought them from Messick's. NO MORE hassling with the screen. Slides on perfect everytime!
