Please recommend FEL for NH 7610 S

I recently agreed to purchase a 2001 NH 7610S mfwa. It does not have a FEL. What brand / model would you recommend. I will be using the FEL mostly for brush and general wildlife habitat mgt. I will not be feeding hay or loading grain etc. I am also considering a grapple. I would like your advice and recommendations. thanks

Contact Westendorf. I have always heard good things about their loaders. Also you can look at Quike/Alo as they are high quality loaders as well and will work well for you.

I like the looks of the Quicke brand loaders. I have heard good thing about them as well. What specific model would you recommend for a 4wd 7610S? I want to do some research and see if I can find a slightly used one. Also, what, if anything, extra is necessary to operate a grapple?

Finally, will a loader come with a joystick and can the hydraulics be plummed into the tractor so that the remotes are not used?

I don't know which specific model but I am sure a quick call to a dealer will get you an answer. I am not positive on everything needed to run a grapple and am not confident enough with what I do know to give you advice on it. Others on here will be able to explain it in detail though. I know Westendorf has a grapple that doesn't require anything extra but it isn't a conventional grapple but would be great for handling logs and brush.

The joystick would be an option you buy with the loader as not every aftermarket loader would need one as some tractors already have joysticks on them. You would need to plumb it into the tractor and the joystick should come with what you need to do that as a kit.
