plow blade w/o hydraulic angle

I've used a bobcat blade that didn't have hydraulic hook-ups for angling the blade. It wasn't manual neither. Instead, it had a lever built into the frame where angling the bobtach angled the direction of the blade. Anyone have something similar with close-ups of the lever?
