My plow for my cub (farmall) is no good. I want to convert my 10" craftsman sleeve hitch plow to one point fast hitch. How would you attach plow to one point? I'm looking for the angle to know where to drill mounting holes? Pitch angles can be controlled with the fast hitch. Sleeve hitch has holes which are an angle? I don't know if I'm asking the right ?'s thanks for any help.

I am thinking maybe 10-15 degrees angled up on the quick hitch arm. The angle would depend on how deep your average plow depth would be? Ken Sweet

I will have to check but I think that 10-15 degrees is what the sleeve hitch bolt holes come. I'll post back after I check.

You could also, lower the plow share to plow depth (10 inches below tractor level) and then back the tractor up to the plow hitch and lower the female quick hitch on the tractor down fairly close to the bottom of the stroke. You should be able to see the actual mounting angle you will require and measure it if needed. Ken Sweet

The sleeve hitch was at a 17 degree angle, so I transferred that to the one point and got holes drilled yesterday. Today I will put it all together and try to plow with it. I'll let you know how it works out. Thanks for your help!

Well I tried it out and it didn't work as hoped. I had also been looking for a single or two bottom plow for my Massey 253 so I would plow with it and keep the Cub setup for cultivation only. So I had posted an add on Craigslist and was contacted by a gentleman who had a single bottom plow and boom pole as I was looking for a pole too. He agreed to sell me both for three hundred bucks. So me and the wife rode an hour and a half to his farm to pick up. Today we have all the right equipment tat we needed to simplify my garden work as I could no longer do it the hard physical way. So I say thank you for your help.
