Plow Identification

Could anyone identify this plow and and know what type of reciever it would take to use on cat1 3pt Hitch?

It is a IH with the fast hitch.

It's a C20 International which came with the 2pt fasthitch prongs...I've got one, ....Is the the tail wheel missing? that plow can be adjusted from 12" to 16" with the bolts/beams across the front...I'm pretty sure it would cost more to have it converted to 3pt than its worth...Does it have the Super Chief shares or the 2piece Plow Chief shares?
