- Kubota Tractor Loader L3560 HST+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3,700 pounds bare tractor, 5,400 pounds operating weight, 37 horsepower
This VIDEO may be helpful, especially 3-Pt. stirrup adjustment at midpoint of video, to set 12" plow lower.
At seven minutes, note how far the tractor is canted to the right, with the right, rear tire rolling deep in the plow furrow. This degree of tractor cant is correct. The plow is level.

Here is another VIDEO showing a 2 X 12" plow being pulled by a 50-hp Kubota tractor with R4/industrial tires, likely with 4-WD engaged.
Your R1/ag tires likely provide equal traction assist as the Kubota's 4-WD.
No wheel slip. If there is NO rear wheel slip filling tires accomplishes nothing.
