I just purchased a "no name" hydraulic auger with no manual. I am stumped as to what to do with the 3rd hydraulic hose. Any idea what it is used for? I have never seen 3 hydraulic hoses out of a hydraulic auger drive before. How do you plumb? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to TBN:D

A lot of hydraulic motors have a "case drain", I suspect that's what the third hose is-it needs to be plumbed to the tank.

Thanks guys for the quick response. I was hoping that it was not a case drain as I did not want to have to plumb lines back to the reservoir for a few machines. It must be a high flow drive.
