Looking good-- amazing how quickly water animals show up. We have 5 or 6 frogs as permanent residents, boy, can they make some noise at night!

Very nice looking. Frogs show up quick, but i have found it's a good way to keep the goldfish population under control.

OK got some floating plants and some fish, couple of the multi colored gold fish. They seem to like the bottom, we only see them when they move from the bunches of oxygen plants in the bottom. Going to get 2 more, possibly orange fan tails in a couple of weeks.

Here is an updated shot of the pond.........still in progress. Do they ever get really DONE, or is that just in my wishing mind? Anyway, water is settling down, getting some algea growth, plants are thriving.....in and out of pond. We are going to add a couple more fish this weekend, going for the red ones this time. With the new bota and backhoe, my guess is this pond will become a "learning" for me.
