Pond Skimmer ???

Need help with a skimmer for my pond,, 20'by50' by about 20' deep at the overflow. I've done the Google and Bing searches but no results,, They seem to want to sell you lots of stuff for those small plastic ponds but nothing in the DIY big pond..
When the wife weed wacks the edges grass goes in the pond along with leaves and the wild duck hate it,,
In a dry summer the water level will drop 5' and in the winter there is about 4' of ice so it will have to come out in the winter.. What you think,, any ideas ???
