Pondering a small snow thrower/groomer setup - advice needed!

So I thought I would stop back in and up date this thread. We had a sledding/skating party yesterday and despite the cold snow is in somewhat short supply. I used the blower on my John Deere 2210 to build a sled run like deezler was thinking. Even though it didn't look any deeper than what I started with where I blew the snow, it actually had about double the snow, it was just packed down into a nice firm base. Needless to say it worked awesome.

I figure if I can build up enough base that once it warms up I can convince my wife to ****** ski straight into the pond !
