Bought a new MT2 25s in January. Noticed the left combination stop/blinker/sidelight unit had bugs in the red stop light LEDs. Called dealer and ordered warranty replacement......still waiting. Called dealer several times.....he's still waiting too.

Any of you have problems getting parts?

Purchased a MT240 a year ago, so far needed a DPF sensor, DPF gasket and 2 pressure relief valves, all warranty/repair parts were received within 4 days.

I did have a rear remote kit installed, that took about a month to get, and took a call from the dealer to the district manager.

Also ordered a 2nd toolbox bracket, that took about 2 weeks.

I'll grant you the fact that a light assy isn't usually a malfunctioning item for regular repair parts stocking and availability, one would think. Oh well, I have a 6 year warranty...maybe it'll get here before the warranty expires.

Just remember the 6 year is a powertrain warranty. In my world, back ordered parts are definitely increased. Deere, Stihl, MTD, Briggs, Kohler, HOP.

Is it 6 or 5 for the MT2 series? I can't find the actual document on the LS site, but it does say:
We offer a six-year limited powertrain warranty, including parts and labor, on most of the tractors we sell—along with the two-year bumper to bumper* protection that comes with every LS. LS Difference - LS Tractor USA

This 3rd part site has the LS warranty posted https://www.brucestractorsales.com/pdf/ls-warranty.pdf
It shows the following:
For models MT1 series, XJ series, XG3025, XG3025H, XG3100
Series, XR3100 Series, XR4100 Series, XU6100 Series, MT5 Series

(i) six (6) years from the date that you purchased at retail your LS
tractor from an authorized LS Tractor dealer, or (ii) 1500 hours of
operation of your LS tractor after the date of original purchase,
whichever comes first.

For all other models (i) five (5) years from the date that you
purchased at retail your LS tractor from an authorized LS Tractor
dealer, or (ii) 1500 hours of operation of your LS tractor after the
date of original purchase, whichever comes first.

As far as I can tell, we MT2 owners fall into the 5yr category. It would be nice to see something official showing 6yrs.
My tractor does have a 6yr warranty sticker on it, which says see dealer for details. I checked my manual, and dealter paperwork, I have no printed warranty details.

I would think this on the side of my MT240 would suffice!

Isn't the warranty information in the owners manual?

only the Emission Control System Warranty which it lists as 5 years

Regardless of warranty length, the back up in parts may be because of the blockage in canals and this covid schite.
Its hitting all sectors of life.
