Only 39.9 hours and from the photos looks new. Dealer will deliver for free and take my 2002 Branson 4020 on trade for $8,500. So 20k difference.

Dealer says owner bought different property and is downsizing to a 25hp tractor.

We have 40 acres at 5,100' elevation. Will use to grade 1/3 mile long drive and perimeter around our barn using Land Pride GS2572 grader scraper. Plan to get a front or rear blade to clear snow.

68hp is more tractor than I need but this seems like a deal I don't want to miss.

What are your guys thoughts? Is the power shuttle model a must have or just additional problems waiting to happen. This one has the synchro shuttle with creeper gear option I believe.

I love a power shuttle. It doesn't take long to get used to it. I have a XR4150 shuttle, but it does not have the power shuttle. I still have to use the clutch. That is not a lot of hours. I would ask the dealer about the warranty. Should be some power train left. I have a lot more hours then that.

Thanks.

Dealer sold it new in April of 2018 so it has quite a bit of warranty left. I haven't read the warranty details yet but the sticker on the tractor says six year warranty. Pretty sure the bumper to bumper is gone but need to make sure the power train warranty can be transferred to the second owner. Dealer says LS considers the model year by when it's sold but I'm not sure that is exactly right. It doesn't have the adjustable front wheels so I am pretty sure it is a 2017 model. I just hope it has the lever in back to raise and lower the three point arms. It does have the third rear remote.

Dealer isn't picking up the unit until next week.

Seems like a very good deal for a 68HP basically new tractor.

Thanks. I'm very excited. I'll start a new thread about advice on operating a Tier 4 tractor. The local Kubota dealer told me never to let them idle. I know that is true during a regen but you would think if idling was bad the tractor wouldn't let it happen.

That is the same tractor I have except mine is the power shuttle. If it was sold in apr 2018, the bumper to bumper warranty has expired, but it will have 4 years left on the power train warranty. My dealer explained that the PT warranty basically covers any part running in oil. Being the one you are looking at is a standard shuttle, the warranty should cover pretty much everything except the minor bells and whistles. Just make sure everything works properly before signing.
You may even get the dealer to give you a couple months of bumper to bumper coverage since there are so few hours.

Ask if the throttle pedal has been replaced yet. LS had a bad batch of them in 2016 and 2017. Mine didn’t go bad until 200 hours and it was covered under warranty. That is the only real problem mine has had. It ran, but would randomly throw a code and go into limp mode for a few seconds at a time.

Unfortunately the deal never materialized. Nathan at Brunos told me the guy never went through with the trade. However, I suspect there is a good chance he sold it to someone else for more $$$ despite giving me a price on my trade and his word that we had a deal. I tried to talk with Brunos about a new tractor and they won't give me the time of day. Never return calls. Seems like a slimy dealership.
