I have an '05 4115 Jd 4wd and purchased a 5' power angle snow plow for the quick disconnect bucket. I was told that I would have to add another control to be able to activate the power angle and still be able to use the bucket controls. When I installed it this Summer using the existing dumping control from the tractor/loader the plow only angled about two or three inches and wouldn't continue. I bled the lines and the pistons twice but to no avail. What to do

The regen function built into your loader curl valve is fighting against the equal sized single action cylinders.

To make this work you have to either go with a another valve via PB circuit or a splitter valve off your front loader lift circuit.

Thanks for the info. I guess that's what the dealer was talking about. To spec the valve, what do I need to list for pressure/flow/etc? Any better valve manufacturers?/suppliers?

if you have your manual , read about that valve,
there may be a lockout for regen that would allow
you to use it no problem.
for now, try to feather that joystick until the
blade moves and no further. see if you are able
to regain control,.
if in fact there is a lock out for the regen, by
holding the lever from going all the way to the right
should mimic having that lockout engaged.
i can look tomorrow at a manual at work and
see if i can verify this. or maybe somebody else
has it in front of them. there may even be a post
about it here at TBN

I have a plow on the JD 4300, and use the curl function to angle the two single acting cylinders. Just cannot push the joystick all the way right that engages the regen function. Just staying within the normal throw of the joystick as for left and right for it to act normal (for me).
If I push too far to right, then it locks up the two single acting cylinders as described.
With practice, I think you will get it just fine without any additional mods.

(qualify that to work if only using two sets of cylinders....lift and angle)
