Does anyone know if the port above the filter is the power beyond- and if plumbing to the FEL can be achieved through this port...

also if someone uses a power beyond- where do they feed the return line??

In general, PB passes the flow to the next valve.

The OUT/return can be teed into any return line. If the new valve has PB, The PB port will pass the fluid on to the next valve. If you interrupt a line that has flow from the pump, the valve is inserted in series with all the valves.

You may have to set the relief valve the same as the master relief.

Thanks J_J. Not sure about how to tell i the loader's valve has PB but the OUT/return question you answered... not sure why they would only have an auxillary line without a aux return but oh well it's easy enough to 'T' in - Thanks again for the heads up about the relief as well. DB

You could install a gage in any port and see if there is pressure.

The auxiliary line is used for a dump trailer where the lowering is done by gravity, pushing the fluid back into the sump.

The aux still has the same pressure rating i'm assuming.. and could be used for a loader? i'm not sure really. But if so, couldn't I use this adapter
or this

The steering return into the sump is m22 1.5 as well.

Would you plumb a loader in-line to the system via the pump that is used for the steering cylinder? On this tractor there is a rear which powers the 3pt and a front which powers the steering. The unfortunate thing is that it's welded metal piping from the pump in the front to the steering column valve. I haven't taken any pipes (hoses) off of it yet but i guess i'll have to.
Each pipe has a square box like end that feeds into the steering valve. No idea why but i'll start looking into it.

The steering pump is for te steering only. It doesn't have enough flow for a loader, too. You would also need a priority valve so that the steering didn't fai when using the loader. So, bad idea. The other pump will run the loader and the TPH with no problem. Typically, one plumbs the pump to the loader and then to the TPH after the FEL.
