I just picked up my 790 recently from the dealer with the power beyond kit dealer installed and a new #7 hoe attached. The fittings to go with the power beyond kit are NOT the standard fittings you find most places. The male portion is longer and the female end deeper. I can send you the Parker numbers later this week once I go to the lot where the tractor is stored. Even if you you find a chart at TSC, Northern Tool, etc that says JD equivalent, chances are the parts will not be right. I went 4 places and finally had to visit a shop that custom builds hydraulic hoses. The JD dealer will have the quick disconnects, but not the adapters to connect hoses to the quick connects. Will will most likely need the JIC to NPT or JIC to straight thread adapters. The power beyond will provide you with quick access, full power from the tractors pump and most important, pressure relief from the tractors pump. If you use a PTO pump and the RPMS are too high, you can break stuff quickly. See the other posts in the last 2-3 days on this subject where people have broken backhoes due to excessive pressures.
Make sure the short JD hose is connected between the rear two ports OR an implement with an open center vale is connected AT ALL TIMES. If not, get out your wallet for a big repair bill. The power beyond is part fo the tractors hydraulic system. There MUST be a complete path 100% of the time from the pump back to the pump.
