Can the hose from the PB port on my loader valve be replaced without the loss of all the hydraulic fluid in the reservoir? I am assuming that as long as the tractor is not running, there is no fluid in that hose.

Take all the load off of the loader by moving the joystick with the engine off and dropping the arms and rolling the bucket until it is on the ground flat. There is always fluid in all the lines, never any air, it's just not under pressure with the engine off and weight of the loader parts.

There will be very little fluid loss, not a big deal. After you get the new line installed, just start the tractor and cycle all of the hydraulic functions to purge the air from the system, then re-check the fluid level.
