I was a little remiss in keeping up with the air pressure in my tires. Last time out plowing the seal on my rear tire broke and I lost all the air and ballast. After getting the bead reset and the tire refilled I checked all my tires and inflated to just under the recommended maximum. I was out yesterday plowing and had significant power hop which I never really experienced before.
After a little web surfing I found that excessive tire pressure can contribute to power hop. It only seems to be the fronts. I could go through trial and error to see what pressure works but I was wondering if there is a recommended pressure. I bought used and don't have a manual.
The tires are R4's
Fronts- 23x8.5-12
Rear- 12-16.5
Thanks.
