Has anyone had any experience with these programmers?? Found the ad on a local CL posting. Think it would work on my 3203 ?? Ive heard they really crank out the torque on those BullyDog Truck kits.

At the expense of breaking the weakest link, and not just in the engine either. There is a reason the manufacturers dont warranty things due to programmers, stuff wears out or all out fails much quicker and its more likely to happen. You're trading reliabilty for power so keep that in mind, its a balance between those things. Take a look at top fuel dragsters, all out power, but they tear them down after every run. Compare that to a OTR truck, reliable and goes for millions of miles, not extremely powerful though.

If you want more power I'd just get a bigger tractor.

Your 3203 doesn't have any of the engines listed.
Your 3203 doesn't have a common-rail fuel delivery system.
Your 3203 doesn't have computer controlled fuel delivery.
There's no way a programmer would connect to your tractor or have any effect on fuel delivery.

Didnt mean to ruffle any feathers. I just saw the ad and thought, "Wow it hadnt ever even crossed my mind to use something like that." Im fairly new to diesel engines but i know that for the most part CUT tractor engines are pretty basic & straightforward, simple diesel engines. I definitely wouldnt want to compromise durability & reliability for what some programmer mfc claims to be a 6-10% Hp gain. Wow, look what i gave up for 1.92+ extra hp...

You didn't ruffle my feathers in the least. I've been around here long enough to know that just posting "A programmer or 'chip' won't work on your tractor" would be insufficient. Now you know why it will not work. It's not about whether you should or if it is a good idea. It simply can't be done.
The maximum fuel setting on your injection pump can surely be increased. Just not electronically.
