Power steering cylinder rebuild

Hi, I have a 2002 Task Master 424D tractor. Need a cylinder rebuild kit for part #254.4.033 metric, or source for new cylinder. The tractor would not turn to the left. Repair shop took it apart and said inside seals were shot. It was not leaking. The current virus situation is complicating the search for parts. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, Jim
