Looks like a couple of wrenches and possibly a ball joint separator ("pickle fork"- $10 at Harbor freight). Take the nuts off the joints on each end of the cylinder, pop the joint out and disconnect the hydraulic lines. Looks like individual cylinder parts and seals are available.
